Alex Lowy, CPA, MTAX

Alex Lowy is the sole owner of Lowy's Tax Planning & Accounting, PLLC. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a Masters in Taxation (MTAX) and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts (AICPA) and the Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants (ASCPA). He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Northern Arizona University in 1989 and his Masters from Arizona State University in 2002.

Alex began his career in Finance as the Controller for several small businesses specializing in restaurant management, manufacturing, high tech, and construction. He obtained his CPA certification during this time. For the following six years, he worked as a CPA with a several local firms that specialized in construction, real estate and high net worth individuals. In 2002, Alex opened his own firm, Lowy's Tax Planning and Accounting. The Lowy Team currently service over 200 small businesses specializing in medical, law, construction, real estate as well as over 500 individuals a year.

On a personal note, he is the father of five children, ages 16 - 2 years in a blended family. At times, his sanity is questionable.
